Steve Patterson
Steve Patterson graduated from Texas Christian University in 1974 and has been in the real estate business since 1982. In 1985, Steve founded his first commercial brokerage firm, which has evolved through the years to include development and investment. Steve is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Society of Commercial Realtors (former board member), North Texas Land Council, Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council and Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. Steve currently serves as a board member for both the Fort Worth YMCA and Youth Sports Council of Fort Worth. Steve is also a member of the TCU Alumni Association, TCU Lettermen's Association (former President) and serves on the Board of Stewards for University Christian Church.

Bruce Baucum
Bruce Baucum has been active in the real estate business in the DFW Metroplex for 15 years with experience in brokerage, development, investments and management. He has been with Patterson & Associates since 1995. Bruce received a BBA in Finance/Real Estate from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas in 1988. He is a member of the Society of Commercial Realtors and has served on the SCR Board of Governors from 2003 to the present. He is also on the Board of the Fossil Creek Community Development Center, which focuses on continuing education, food distribution and technology redeployment to the surrounding communities. Bruce resides in Haslet, TX where he serves on the Zoning Board of Adjustments. In 2009 he was honored to be chosen as a scholarship judge for the Tarrant County Ag Scholarship Corporation, a Fort Worth organization designed to raise funds to provide scholarships to qualified members of 4-H and FFA in Tarrant County, Texas.

Matt Patterson
Matt Patterson is a 2003 graduate of University of Texas at Austin, where he received a bachelor’s degree in finance. Prior to joining Patterson & Associates in July of 2005, Matt was an associate with The Weitzman Group in Dallas where he focused primarily on retail land sales and project leasing. Matt's professional memberships include the Society of Commercial Realtors and Young Leaders Council. Matt is also a member of the Panther Club (benefiting Boys and Girls Clubs of Fort Worth), Texas Exes, Cliburn 180, and the Texas Cowboys and Sigma Alpha Epsilon Alumni Association.

Ashley Rogers
Ashley Rogers is a 2003 graduate of Baylor University, where she received a BBA in Human Resource Management and Management Information Systems. Prior to joining Patterson & Associates, Ashley worked as office manager for Dunn Commercial in Arlington, Texas and worked for the events and operations departments for both the 55th Presidential Inauguration and the 2004 G8 Summit Planning Organization. Ashley is a licensed real estate agent, a member of the Baylor Alumni Association, the Baylor Women’s Council Fort Worth, Vision Fort Worth and serves on the board for InsideOut, a Christ based non profit benefiting teen girls.
