Eagle Mountain Saginaw ISD purchased 15 acres on McLeroy Boulevard just east of Old Decatur Road in Saginaw Texas. The district plans to build an elementary school on the site.
Matt Patterson of Patterson & Associates Commercial Real Estate in Fort Worth negotiated the deal between Spain Properties and Eagle Mountain - Saginaw ISD who was represented by Todd Burnette and George Curry of The Staubach Company.

Industrial Buckets USA purchased 2.5 acres at the southwest quadrant of North Loop 820 and Atlee Parkway. The property is located in the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas. Industrial Buckets sells and refurbishes heavy earth moving equipment and is currently located on Loop 820 and Berry Street but will be moving to their new location within the next couple months.
Aaron Stalberger and Chris Haller of Patterson & Associates Commercial Real Estate in Fort Worth negotiated the deal between Industrial Buckets, USA and 820 Mark IV who was represented by Steve McKeever.

Proffutt, L.P. purchased 17.7 acres located at the northwest corner of Mark IV Parkway and Loop 820 in the City of Fort Worth, Texas. Matt Patterson of Patterson & Associates in Fort Worth represetned the Buyer, and David Davis of D2 Development represented the Seller, Headington Realty Capital, L.P.
