Steve PattersonSteve Patterson

Steve Patterson graduated from Texas Christian University in 1974 and has been in the real estate business since 1982. In 1985, Steve founded his first commercial brokerage firm, which has evolved through the years to include development and investment. As a result of his well-recognized knowledge and involvement in the land business, in 1995 Steve was elected to the North Texas Land Council, a 50-member group of real estate professionals dedicated to selling raw land. Steve also served on the Central City Redevelopment Committee for the City of Fort Worth and is a past Board Member of the Society of Commercial Realtors. Steve is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, Colonial Country Club, City Club of Fort Worth and the former President of the TCU Lettermen's Association, and a deacon at University Christian Church. Steve is a member of the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council and serves on the board for both the Fort Worth YMCA and Youth Sports Council of Fort Worth Children's Closet Advisory Board for University Chirstian Church

Bruce BaucumBruce Baucum

Bruce Baucum is a 1988 graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, where he received a degree in finance. He has been actively selling real estate in the Fort Worth/Dallas Metroplex since 1994. Professional affiliations include memberships in the Greater Fort Worth Board of Realtors and the Society of Commercial Realtors Board of Governors. Bruce served as co-chairman of the Bond Steering Committee for Northwest I.S.D. and is currently serving on the Long Range Strategic Planning Committee for Northwest I.S.D. He is a member of the Northwest Communities Partnership, a committee of community leaders in northern Tarrant, southern Denton and southeast Wise Counties, formed to address transportation needs and other issues affecting North Texas. He has been an associate with Patterson & Associates since its' inception in 1995.

Matt Patterson is a 2003 graduate of University of Texas at Austin, where he received a bachelor’s degree in finance. He joined Patterson & Associates in 2005. Matt is a member of Texas Exes and Texas Cowboys Alumni Association. Prior to joining Patterson & Associates, Matt worked for the Weitzman Group.

Cory ThorntonCory Thornton

Cory Thornton joined Patterson & Associates in 2005. She graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication.
Prior to joining Patterson & Associates, Cory worked in sales and marketing for KB Home Austin Division and Vail Marriott Mountain Resort and Spa.

Chris HallerChris Haller
Chris Haller graduated from Texas Christian University in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate and has been in the real estate business since 1999. Chris joined Patterson and Associates in 2006. Prior to joining Patterson and Associates, Chris was a Principal and Executive Vice President of Pinnacle Environmental and prior to that worked for NAI/Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell as an associate broker. Chris is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a graduate of Leadership Fort Worth. Chris currently serves on the Junior Board of Directors for Big Brothers, Big Sisters of North Texas, and is a member of the Young Leaders Council of the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council

Aaron StalbergerAaron Stalberger

Aaron Stalberger graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2003 with a BBA in Management with a focus in Real Estate and Finance. He has had an interest in land development and commercial Real Estate for many years prior to coming aboard Patterson & Associates in 2006. Prior to joining Patterson & Associates, Aaron was Vice President for Dunn Commercial Real Estate in Arlington, TX. He has gained his knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate Industry through research, hard work and determination. He is a member of the Mansfield Chamber of Commerce, Mansfield Economic Development Corporation, and Chairperson for the Mansfield Industrial Parks Association Landscape Committee, a member of the Young Leaders Council of the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council. Aaron is actively involved with the UTA Alumni Association, and Arlington Chapter of Ducks Unlimited.

Ashley Miller Ashley Miller

Ashley Miller is a 2003 graduate of Baylor University, where she received a BBA in Human Resource Management and Management Information Systems.  Prior to joining Patterson & Associates, Ashley worked as office manager for Dunn Commercial in Arlington, Texas and worked for the events and operations departments for both the 55th Presidential Inauguration and the 2004 G8 Summit Planning Organization.  Ashley is a licensed real estate agent, a member of the Baylor Alumni Association, the Baylor Women’s Council Fort Worth and a volunteer at Cook Children’s Hospital.
